hi everyone one, just a little mention for AMERICAN GOLF in camberley.just brought a new driver(another one, says the misses) after having some issues with my current model, after a hour or so with a very nice chap call IAN,we settled on a PING i15 driver with a stiff shaft and 9.5* loft.after using this club for two rounds and a few trips to the range i just could'nt use it.thought i would try my luck and go back to the store to see if they could help me(thinking they would say"sorry sir you have used it now!!) after hitting more drivers on the range(again with IAN) i decided to go for a cheaper TITLEIST 909D2 10.5* regular and i only losed £10.00 for using the i15.so well done AMERICAM GOLF!!!! anyone thinking for buying new clubs give them a go.there not the cheapest but have THE BEST service you can ask for........thank you IAN and TERRY @ AMERICAN GOLF..... -- 16/10/2009 21:13:13: post edited by andy walker.

That certainly sounds like excellent customer service but it's probably more to do with the customer focused approach of the particular store manager rather than a company wide policy. Maybe I'll try the same at American Golf in Maidstone and see how I get on (or not ! :) pete.

I think like Pete said, its more to do with the branch managers customer focus than general policy I certainly didn't get that sort of service at their Brighton branch. So yes well done Camberley. Roger

It's nice to hear of a shop that actually does 'Customer Service', congratulations to them. Russ
