When you log on it goes to you home page and tells you people that have joined in your area i clicked on one and the location was : la, ca i'm presuming that this is Los Angeles California now how did this happen?

Hi Dan, at the top of the What's Happening Section there is a toggle (My Local News or Community News). If you have it set to Community News then you will see new members joining no matter where they are.

In which case I suspect that although the other member entered 'LA' (ie Los Angeles) in the free format 'Location' box they actually entered something completely different eg London in the Postal/Zip Code 'local area identifier' box. Perhaps we need to link the two! I'll check it out.
