I ordered the Callaway Lady X-22 Irons on !!!!!!!!!!!! (removed by TSG Admin), i was very suspicious about this site in the beginning, but the price is so favorable that i want to order one set to check the quality. To my surprise, the clubs are with good quality and high performance, absolutely the OEM products, the same as the ones in my local pro shop.

Sounds like a good deal mr spammer... :)

For everyone else... I was also recently looking for a new set of irons. The best deal I found was at American Golf in Milton Keynes offering last years Callaway X-20's fully fitted including shafts and grips for £349.00! This included 24 Callaway balls! I tried them out they have a nice feel good heel toe weight I was very tempted but in the end decided to stick to my trusty ancient Lynx Black Cats... another time!

I think I'll be back there as you can try out all the clubs and they offer a fully fitted service for free!

Would be wary of this site, home page at top states security updated daily but appears to have not been done since 25th september.
On the "contact us" section there is only an address and e-mail addy, no phone numbers.

google search turned up quite a few similar "forum" post through out the internet, including postings on abc-of-golf.com by an "11 year old", who had only joined the site the same day as posting messages. the other search results again have all been done in the last couple of days.

maybe genuine but do some checks first, better safe then sorry.

If I offend anyone I apologise, but this post by John Brown seems very dubious.....similar to what we use to get on another site - there we called it SPAM.

On another forum post about 'best advice you were ever given' John Brown states her/his father bought the clubs and on here he/she ordered it.  Best way to plug your site on the net for search engine robots to pick it up is to get you site linked to from as many reputable sites - hence why spammers tend to flood forums with nonsense posts mentioning their site address.

McAfee Security:  It is a gif image so certainly not an active piece of code updating everytime it is security tested.  This is a standard function when you have Verisign/Mcafee securing your site.  Only way that will get updated if they changed the image.

My Opinion:  Clubs probably being sent from China with no way of getting back in touch with them when your driver head comes off...talking from experience

Hi All,

The 'John Brown' account was set up this morning purporting to be a lady but with a name of John Brown!  and with no Profile information and the only thing 'they' have done is post this forum thread.

As per Tiaan's assessment this is defintely SPAM and, also as per the assessment, if you are foolish enough to buy from a site like the one mentioned you will undoubtedly not have to wait long to regret your decision (especially when the club head goes further than your ball !)

Normally I would just delete such blatent rubbish but we've had a problem today with broadband access which has only just been resolved (and so I didn't see it).

However, it has raised the issue of such c**p and so beware.

We will raise a formal complaint to the major search engines about the 'black hat' tactics of the website (it's then up to them to 'discuss' their de-rating with the people they are employing to post the SPAM).

All the best,
Pete, TSG Golf Team.
