The People's Open Golf Tournament is starting its qualifiers next week. I am hoping to see quite a few of you at Wokefield Park, Reading on Monday.
David from POGT has asked me to see if there are any golfers that might be interested in helping out at some of the events as he won't be able to be at both on the same day. Details are below. If you are interested please visit the website www.pogt.co.uk or contact David using the details below:

We are looking for assistance at some of our qualifying rounds.
The dates and venues are;
Monday 10 May - Oulton Hall
Tuesday 11 May Botley Park
Wed 26 May - Carden park or Linden Hall
Monday 7th June Belton Woods or Cameron House
The assistance (could be 2 persons) would be expected to
1. Set up a reservation desk - at least 1 and half hours prior to play
2. Check all players have a valid handicap certificate.
3. Have their own lap top and or know how to use an in-house computer
4. Be able to use the handicap master system to record scores
5. Be able to work with the resident Pro and be familiar with the rules of golf
6. Have their own mobile and be able to communicate with me at regular intervals.
We shall be able to offer
