Rory McIlroy is leading the USPGA event at Quail Hollow.
He's having the round of his life and at this moment in time is on -14, four shots clear of the field.
It's really nice to see him playing so well, especially as he's not been doing too well recently.

Great finish for McIlroy, after waiting for ages to tee off on the eighteeth he found the middle of the fairway.
Then he hit his iron shot onto the green and proceeded to sink a monster putt to finish on -15.
His round for the day was a new course of 62 shots, beating the old course record by two shots!
I'm playing golf tomorrow so watch out Rory I'm coming for you....

His win was even more special as he only just made the cut. very impressive i'd say...never give up anything can happen.

yes, he did it so well that Mickelson said it has one of the best rounds he has seen in a long ,long time when after a birdie on the final hole gave him a 68 and second place alone.
