Golf Forums - Changes to scorecard recording - UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Hi Folks,

I've just tried to put a "quick" entry on the scorecard system and you have changed things. Instead of being able to enter stableford points and overall score for the round I am being asked to enter score on every hole !!!!

Can we go back to the old system please as I'm not (quite) nerdy enough to keep scorecards for 3/4 weeks after the round.

I await the simple solution, in the meantime here's a couple of jokes :

Harry & Tom are on the golf course. "I wish my wife had never taken up golf" says Harry. "She spends so much time practising she's cut down our sex life to once a week". "Count yourself lucky" replies Tom. "She's cut some of us out altogether".

After a long day on the course, the exasperated golfer turns to his caddie and says, "You must be the worst caddie in the world". "No, I don't think so" replies the caddie. "That would be too much of a coincidence".

Hi Bob,

we have had a couple of messages sent to us in with the same lssues. We have put in on the next meeting agenda so hopefully with a bit of support you will get it back.

In our defense (rather than say we forgot to put that part back!) we are adding some good calculating functionality around the scorecards for future releases. This will allow the golfer to use all the functionality to determine which part of their game requires tweaking. Therefore making them a better golfer.

Keep up the jokes (one for you)

Q. How do you sculpture an elephant?

A. Get a lump of stone 15 foot * 15 foot * 15 foot, a hammer and a chisel and chip off anything that doesn't look like an elephant.
