Just a quick note to apologise for the downtime we have been experiencing with the TSG site today.
We received a notice from our webhosting company late yesterday, explaining that they needed to carry out emergency works on their servers but that would take place between 10pm and 8am last night.....
However, it would seem that this server maintenance overran by some 5+ hours!!
Whilst in our view this is totally unacceptable (I will be calling them first thing on Monday to make my feeling felt!) we must reiterate this is the first time in more than four years that we have experienced downtime on TSG for longer than a few minutes at any one time and as you know is by no means reflective of the usual service we provide.
Rest assured we will asking them for a formal apology, in the meantime, please accept OUR apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused.
