nice course

managed to get on here for £33 which seems alot more realistic than the £65 they normally ask for. The proshop and clubhouse staff were friendly and welcoming then we got to the first tee and met a couple of groups of members who can only be described as less than overjoyed to share their course, and as the quite slow round continued we could really feel a sense of being regarded as intruders on here, having said that there's no denying that this is a very nice parkland course and once the ongoing improvements are finished will be even nicer. Overall worth playing if you get a chance at a decent rate just hope you don't get sandwiched between the same members as we did.

Greens had just been scarified

Too many 3-putts on the grooved greens. They'd only been done 2 days before. Otherweise the course was very well presented and an excellent, varied test of golf.
