Isleworth Country Club comprises an exclusive residential area andprivate members club located between the Butler Chain of lakes.
Originally founded in 1986 by Arnold Palmer, Mark McCormick (founder of IMG) and a group of investors the community was sold in 1993 to Tavistock Group who further developed the community to include estate-style homes.
Spread over 600 acres of land and featuring seven miles of shoreline along the lake the estateismaintained as an exclusive enclave.
The golf course was originally conceived by Arnold Palmer, designed by Ed Seay and then later remodelled in a multi-million dollar upgrade by Steve Smyers. It now measures 7,544 yards fromthe back tees and is consistently ranked the longest and toughest course in Florida.
Always maintained to the very highest standards the course is a monster but, with the use of multiple tee positions, canbe enjoyed by the less able golfer.
