Pawleys Plantation Golf & Country Club, built in 1988,is a Jack Nicklaus Signature Course.
Named as one of theTop 10 Golf Courses in Myrtle Beach by the South Carolina Ratings Panel the course forms the centrepiece of a 580 acre golfresort and residential development.
In typical Nicklaus style the coursehaswide green fairways lined by centuries old moss covered oak trees which lead to huge, undulating and well protected greens. In general the course is scenically beautiful and always immaculately maintained but it is long and tough.However,with multiple tee positions it can also be enjoyed by golfers oflessability.
Pawleys Plantation golf Coursehas fairways of Bermuda grass and greens of Tifeagle.
The course is golf buggy only (no walking).
