Wollaton Park Golf Club

Wonderful Course. Fairways and greens in excellent condition. Greens difficult and challenging. Wildlife lovers will enjoy as there is Deer heards roaming the course at very close range. Highly recommend a visit.

Styrrup Hall Golf Club, a great course

Great course, really good quality fairways, lovely greens. Thoroughly enjoyable. Twilight prices start after 15:00hrs at only £12.00. Brilliant value for great course, highly recommended if you have never visited.

Hollins Hall, Highly recommend to everyone.

Absolutely exceptional golf course. Every hole offers something different, the 9th is down hill par 4 S.I. 1 dog leg right which is really great to play. The signature hole is the Viaduct 14th, beautiful. The fairways are in great condition, the greens are tricky but very well groomed. Package deals available. Highly recommend to anyone.

Sleaford Golf Club

Excellent Course very well maintained. Extremely friendly members and good value for money (if played with a member). Hole 12 is blind par 3 over trees, very good hole. Overall well worth a visit.

Crookhill Golf Club

A nicely laid out course with some very tight fairways and a couple of very secluded greens. It has a 211 yard up hill par three which proves hard in strong wind especially with out of bounds along the right hand side. Crookhill is a municiple so does have its share of hackers. Greens can be very dry and hard in summer.

Tapton Park Golf Club

Prior to playing the 18 holes course it would be very wise for each player to invest in a Mountain Goat each. Tapton is a very hilly course and maybe not for the faint hearted. It features a few nice shaped holes but in poor weather can be very challenging.

It is a municiple course so expect the unexpected.

Bondhay Golf Club

Top Quality course, one of the best in the area. Bondhay is a long course so be prepared. Top quality fairways and excellent greens. 1oth and 11th holes are over water and are excellent picture holes; the 18th (Par 5) has recently had water added in front of green which proves difficult. I would highly recommend anybody visiting this course. Its one disadvantage is due to its popularity it can be very busy at weekends.

College Pines Golf Club

Course is built on sand like most of Worksop area and therefore extremely dry and hard. In summer it would be better to play on Tesco's Car Park. Its one positive is that it does have a driving range that is played on grass and not mats. Green Fees are extremely over priced for quality of course. But this is just my opinion.

Kilton Forest Golf Club

This course is an open municipal, unfortunately it has an element of attraction to the local kids who occasionally try and wreck the greens and fairways. Its a good course for guaranteed play any time of the year, fairly straight forward not extremely challenging.

Rufford Park Golf & Country Club

This is a fantastic course with several challenging holes including a par 3 over water. The greens are extremely well maintained and prove very difficult at times. I would highly recommend this course to anyone.
