Beautiful course in great condition

Great driving range, nice clubhouse, challenging course with some tight fairways and beautifully kept greens. Punishes you if you are ont dead on target which I rarely am! Would love to play again in nicer weather conditions.

Boggy, unplayable at times, could be nice if maintained and drained

This course should not have been open on 2nd Feb. It was waterlogged and unplayable on many of the holes and my trolley was almost impossible to use at times. Bunkers were almost all out of play as they were water features! There should have been at very least a trolley ban as the walks between holes were shocking. Given what a fantastic course the Waterfall is it is obvious where the club are spending their money. Shame as it has the makings of a nice course, but it drains very poorly and the greens are maintained badly. Delicious cooked breakfast in the excellent clubhouse did not make up for the course conditions. Would like to try again in the summer to seee if it plays better when dry.
