Craighead - Is not Balcomie

Lovely course, set out for the American market, nice pretty condition, I'd dispute links over cliff top course, good greens, super fairways, however, if going for a true links test, take the Balcomie Course, they charge the same, but offer Craighead on certain golf deals, Next time Balcomie

If you Like Traditional Links

Old style links, between the dunes, some climbing, but second nine goes along the coast out to a pretty par 3 overlooking the Castle - good views.
If up there worth a visit.
Club house, nice, more of a bar / café atmosphere - Proper Golf

Good Moorland Course

Provides fair test of golf, some straight forward holes some interesting including a very tough Par 3, green in great condition now, worth the visit
