Course no longer exists
Alice Springs Golf Club is a popular 36 hole golf complex overlooking the most spectacular views in the Usk Valley.The original course was designed and built by Mr K R Morgan in 1988 with great success, so much so a new course was built in 1991. At this point thecourses were named the Kings and Queens and had separateclubhouses.Furtheralterations were made in 2000 toallow bothcourses to be played from the present day clubhouse and the courses were renamed theThe Usk (5,967 yard par 70) and The Monnow (5,321 yard par 69). The courses are always maintained to a good standard and the inspired blend of natural features of the Usk countryside andsympathetic landscaping make foran enjoyableround and agood challenge to golfers of all abilities. Visitors are always welcome.
