Good for those who don’t like hills!

I play at Rustington on a regular basis. A flat course with a couple of dog legs and plenty of water to add interest, the bunkers and greens are well maintained. The only drawback (for me) is that it’s nine holes with a different tee position for the second nine. You have a tee time for the second nine exactly two hours after the first which can be annoying when you’ve finished the first nine in say 1hr 30mins and sometimes when it’s busy, you can’t tee off until two hours has elapsed. Suits those who just want to play nine holes though.

A good American Golf shop on site, a fantastic high tech driving range and there is a nine hole very tame pitch and putt. Putting green available to practice on. Refreshment and club house facilities are limited and you get ready to play in the car park.

Very good value though and if it had 18 different holes would be hard to fault if you like a flat course.

Good practice course

It's a nine hole course. Which is the biggest downside. Great facilities including range, par 3, three academy holes, plus the course itself.

If only they could make it 18 holes. The differing tee boxes don't change the two nines enough to be fulfilling.

But, that said, for a practice ground, or a reasonably cheap club to join as a starting block, it's not half bad.

Not the hardest course, maybe a little more work, and a few yards will change that, but you still have to get the little ball in the little hole, so there are no easy courses.
