Sherfield Oaks Wellington Course

Good challenging course off yellow tees.
Keep it on the fairways as I discovered the rough is not forgiving. It will punish you. Greens & tees in good condition. My only gripe was the bunkers were a little lacking in sand and those that I found the sand was compacted.

Wind & Rain

Not the best conditions to enjoy.
Course was in good condition despite my best efforts to ruin it! Large greens with contours meant a few big putts. Tree lined but generous fairways helped. Nice course and would like to play again in the sunshine next time.

A pleasant course albeit a little bland.
The greens had quite a few tricky reads.
Greens & tees need a lot of attention.

Wickham Park on a nice sunny Sunday

Fairways in good condition.
Greens not brilliant but fast and they are well prepared. Busy but it all moved along fairly well.

Customer service lacking

What's with the attitude of the staff in the pro shop?
Either arrogant or incompetent dependant which one you get!
Nice condition with good greens.
Mixture of hazards with mature trees.
Par 3's very bland. With a bit of effort they could spice them up.
Overall a nice course to play.

Fluffy greens

Probably the worst greens I've ever putted on but all they had to do was cut them! No course Marshall anywhere to be seen on the one time you really do want to see one.
Very tight course with lots of mature trees. Very unforgiving. Would play it again but only if they promise to cut the greens.
