Finding a trolley ban, we sought hire of Carry bags but staff couldnt help. David went home and brought 2 back and we managed to persued loan of an old one from starters hut. Then needed a strap, but again shop couldnt/wouldnt help. Could buy a carry bag at £30 was only offer.

Fairways were often like rough, though it was muddy for cutting. Greens were dreadful with diseased footprint-like ravines. Last straw was the 13th hole that had been filled with sh** and the flagstick used as toilet roll.

Had found this pleasant last summer but awful this time.
