This course is well worth a visit. Lots of challenging holes with well placed water and sand hazards. Always a friendly welcome and under £30 a round

Good challenge but suffering from recent rain

The heron presents a good challenge for all standards of golfers. Due to recent rain parts of the course are very wet with a plugged ball a possibility even on the fairways. Second cut was long but the greens were in good condition and fast. Facilties at the club were excellant.

well maintained council golf course, worth a visit

Stockwood park is a reasonable challenge with several long par 4,s to test your driving. The fairways were a little bare in places and need a good spell of rain.
Greens were true and on the whole in good condition. enjoyable day with friendly staff and pleasant surroundings if you can ignore the motorway noise,

Great test for all standards of golfer

The coarse was in great condition . The greens had been sprayed and slow. This is a testing course and punishes wayward shots but a good score can be had with good coarse management.

This course played very well today with superb tees and fairways. Green were fast and true. A great challenge for all golfers

well maintained council golf course

Interesting parkland coarse with a good variety of holes. Greens had been sanded and were a little uneven in places. The teeing area for the nineth was a mat with little chance of getting a tee into but bunkers were well filled and the fairways excellent. Overall worth a visit.

Pavenham in good condition

This parkland course is getting better every year and is a good challenge for all golfers. The only down side is that with a large intake of new members the course is getting very busy and consequently resulting in slow rounds
