Better than it used to be!

Definitely improved since I last played here some years ago. New clubhouse after a fire a few years back.

Greens were slower than I expected them to be, but probably for the best with the strong winds up on the hill today. A few needed a little TLC, but not bad at all.

Nice course, greens need work

Nice layout - you have to think your way around to avoid ditches and trees in the fairway. The practice green was lovely - shame about the greens on the course though - patchy and bobbly. The 600 yard par 5 was arguably too long!

Would certainly go back though.

Interesting course

Very dry, given the wet winter we've had, so there was a surprising amount of run.

Greens were a little bit bobbly, but apart from that, I thoroughly enjoyed playing the course. Quite a few holes make you think, with some interestingly placed ponds, a few ditches, and some well placed bunkers (which I spent far too much time in!).

A couple of lovely par 3's around the turn, and the 1st is a great drive over a valley.

Would thoroughly recommend it, and hope to play there again.
