Good fun

Played a society here, good practice range, big pro shop, friendly staff ,excellent breakfast and very open, shortish course.

Course in decent nick, there were some great stableford scores but made a nice change from getting battered most weeks.

All in all a good fun experience

blown away but not Blown away

Elements didnt help as we had wind, rain and hail but wasnt overly impressed by the course. There are 6 par 3 4 and 5 and the par 5's in particular all seemed very samey.The greens were not great, almost looked overcut.
The deal we had 160 quid for a fourball inc two lots of food was a very good one.
Good course and would probably have looked a whole lot better in hot sun and shirtsleeves but for me lacking the wow factor one may have expected

Very wet but where isnt and not particularly aesthetically pleasing, but a challenging course with a lot of tough holes and excellent value at 13 quid imho

punishing

great course but very punishing, played from the white tees in a cross wind so driving the ball well a necessity and even then it was often everything you had to get near the green, great experience but wears you down after a while

some nice holes

played lower course, some good holes esp. 12th and 13th but with only 2 par 3's and 2 par 5's, bit lacking in variety. enjoyed the round but wouldnt want to play there every week
