Great Course Great Condition

Parkland course with some narrow treelined fairways. Course was in excellent condition on the day, and well maintained. Bit on the pricey side for a round but definitely due a revisit.

First time I have played Pedham place, interesting course with a few challenging holes, enjoyed the course very much. Well worth trying, and good value for money.

worth a visit

first time at Princes, played the Dunes and Himalayas courses both in excellent condition (Nov 2018)Great day and totally enjoyable.

Greens are challenging and fairways narrow, not ideally suited to the wayward golfer.
Some of the bunkers are in the category of: OMG lets hope my ball does not go in there!

Course is exposed to the weather being located near to the coast.

Would I play there again....yes for sure.

enjoyable course, good condition

parkland course, some narrow fairways, but not all. Green are rapid. Played early November, in windy conditions, so the autumn shedding of leaves from the trees on some holes are a nightmare in locating your ball especially on the fairway.

First time I have played Bearsted, Course was in good condition except for some of the greens, looked recently treated and bare patches in places.

good value for money course.

enjoyable course, ground hard on the day of play ie:late Sept( we need some rain!) so if you kept to the fairway ball travel was further than expected.

First time played Tenterden, great course in fantastic condition, with a number of challenging holes. Just wish they would clearly mark, for first time players, directions from pin to next hole to be played.

Parkland type course in good condition, the Hurricane course is relatively flat, with a few testing 3 par holes.

First time I have played at Etchinghill, really enjoyed the day, the course itself was in great condition. Friendly staff, and the refreshment area after the game well laid out.

front 9 more challenging than back 9, course well maintained and the half way house ( not available on all courses I have played)is a welcomed sight after the 9th.
