Welcoming and enjoyable course

My first time playing Bognor. Excellent clubhouse with very welcoming staff. The course is a flat parkland course with some tight fairways but very pleasant surroundings. The greens were excellent, quite fast and very smooth. A very enjoyable round of golf.

Only links course in West Sussex

A long established club with an excellent clubhouse and very welcoming staff and members. Set just behind West Beach, the course is typically flat with strategically placed bunkers. The course is in excellent condition with faster than average greens. There is some work being done in the middle of the course where a new practice area is being constructed but this doesn't cause too much disruption to your round. There is a deep stream that meanders through the course which adds interest! All in all, a very enjoyable round of golf.

Enjoyable day's golf

Course was in very good condition, greens particularly good. Very scenic course with some challenging holes, particularly the 6th which I have still to play well after numerous attempts!
Nice clubhouse and friendly staff. Good value at £22 a round.

Excellent course

This is an interesting course with considerable variety on the various fairways, some tree lined and various ditches to be navigated. Greens in excellent shape and well maintained bunkers. I played on a society organised day which was good value but I believe the normal green fees are around £50.
Nice clubhouse and good food.

Well maintained and scenic course

Quite a long course at nearly 6,200 yards off the yellows. The course was in generally good condition although the greens had been recently spiked and treated. Wonderful surroundings at this time of year and a great variety of holes. Easy to access as just off junction 6 of the M25. Good value for TSG members at £16 per round.

Well worth a visit

A well kept course with great views along the coast. Fairways and greens in excellent condition. Can be a bit testing in windy conditions as it was when I played. Being on the chalk of the South Downs, this course is playable all year round. Good value when you take advantage of the TSG special rates.
