Bush Hill Park Golf Club

A good challenging course

Really enjoyed playing Bush Hill Park. Greens were in excellent condition tee boxes well kept fairways the same as all fairways this summer very dry but at least we had a couple of hours rain before we played which just softened things down a little. Practice facilities ok would like to have seen a driving range. But best nets I have seen. 5,500 yards gives you a chance to score. Thoroughly enjoyed will be back.

Great Course

Really enjoyed my round at Abridge enjoyed playing on some green fairways which were in great condition tee boxes and greens well presented. Good practice facilities. Nice club house. Food really nice but no ketchup lol.
But all in all I would give 8/10 for everything. I will be back.

Nice course will play again

Enjoyed playing Colne Valley for the 2nd time some tricky holes especially a couple of narrow fairways on the par 4s
Tee boxes nicely kept and some nice rolling greens not over fast as I have found with some lately. Practice facility not great a driving net which has seen better days. Nice club house and a really enjoyable day would give the course7/10.
And very good value at £35.
Will be playing again

Cracking course

About the same distance as Epping in Essex all the par 3 are quite long but plenty of short par 4s nice fairways cut really short and greens played really true no bobbling a little fast. But all in all a really enjoyable course and will play again when I’m up this way.

Great Greens

Really enjoyed my morning at the Cambridgeshire a fairly straight forward course couple of dog legs but 90% straight fairways and tee boxes in pretty good condition but the greens were in fabulous nic not one bobble and although boiling weather not overly fast. Didn’t use practice areas so can’t comment.
But really enjoyed the course and at £35 for a morning tee off I found it very reasonable

Fantastic Course

I’ve only played about 12 courses so far and my favorite two are Epping and Cannonsbrook but this was superior to both of those some of the fairways are as good as some of the greens I’ve been putting on other courses. Som great holes and really enjoyed the par 3 island green all in all I haven’t one complaint 10/10 loved Toot Hill and now will be my regular.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 27 holes on the par 3 course lots of interesting and some taxing holes. But course in really good condition. Nice club house and good food.

Nice challenging course

My first time at Gosfield Lakes and thoroughly enjoyed my visit nice putting and chipping greens. Tee area well presented most greens ran really well a couple a bit bobbly. Fairways in good condition with water on quite a few holes made it challenging. Will be back.

Fantastic course

Really enjoyed Canons Brook fairways and green well maintained. And some really interesting and challenging holes.
I was a guest on the day at a reduced rate which was well worth it but would have paid more on top for the round. Definetley one of one of the best courses I’ve played. Will be back.

A little disappointed

Played Benton hall we played lunchtime for £30 so not bad value but morning would have cost £50 which I wouldn’t play here for £50 just my opinion. Course was well laid out but found the fairways in an ok condition once again I expected a little more. Greens were 7/10 played Epping a week earlier and greens were a 10. Still enjoyed the game but won’t be rushing back. Maybe if buggy’s were available I may have enjoyed a little more.

Exceeded Expectations

Really enjoyed playing Epping a shorter course just under 5000 yards but the course is really well kept and although I haven’t played many courses yet the greens were like a billiards table and a nice true run. And great value for money at £23 looking forward to playing again in the very near future.

My first time at Risebridge and thoroughly enjoyed playing the course. The greens compared with a couple of places I’ve played recently were very good a little wet underfoot but to be expected. Clubhouse seamed really nice. Will definitely be back soon.

Good condition

The fairways and greens were in very good condition especially with the amount of rain we have had. Very muddy in walking areas but to be expected. Really good value for money and will definitely play again.
