Best part were the greens. Fairway grass was long but to be fair the ground was very boggy in most places so difficult to cut. Signage left a lot to be desired, a few "Next tee" markers, with long walks between holes and half the time we weren't sure we were heading in the right direction. After about 12 holes we noticed tee nos were on the adjacent bench.
Could find no fault with clubhouse.

A good layout but not for the a windy day, very open and plays havoc with the ball (might be me as well. Only down side was the greens had been spiked and affected the run of the ball when putting, needs to be done I just chose the wrong day to play it. Good selecting of beers at the 19th.

Nice course, very open with forgiving fairways and need to be when windy. Plenty or water in play but this means when it's wet it gets very boggy. M25 traffic is under threat if you hook on the 11th, looks even closer since the widening.

Lots of trees, well laid out with some fairly narrow fairways. Has a public footpath through it so you have to look out for dog walkers especially when hitting drives over blind hills. Greens let it down as there sore some in bad nick. If playing in autumn you need a "ball detector" as you'll have trouble finding your ball in all the leaves. Lots o hills so you need to be fit. Good value at about £11 a round. Check before going as it recently closed due to a long running row between the councel and the company running the course. Mo facilities to speak of so take your own drinks, snacks, etc
