Welcoming from the moment you arrive.The walk to the clubhouse takes you past the raised first tee with the fairway inviting a good tee shot and then onto an enjoyable walk over an interesting layout with a variety of testing holes. Accuracy,planning and sometimes a little luck all become relevant.Enjoy the views and the abundant wild life.The par3 14th may be the signature hole with a carry over water and azalea backdrop(when in bloom)a memory of Augusta perhaps.A terrific par5 last hole where a strong accurate drive and a shot over water to a tiered green with large lake to one side brings you back to the 19th.Good facilities and a clubhouse undergoing extension but offering service, quality and value for money.A true visit to a members club with a modern approach.Worthy of another visit very soon.

.Very pleased to revisit this interesting and well maintained course with tough/fast greens.Lots of intersting choices on all holes,club selection very important.Pretty and distant views all around the course provides a decent walk.Some good deals available so play here when you can.Comfortable spike bar/restaurant.Good feel to the club however pro shop shop staff a little full of themselves.

The very best way to appreciate this course from afar is to read Brigittes review which is accurate and descriptive as well as objective. Not long in yards but course planning essiential.The greens are very well protected and not flat.Very steep climbs and decents.Many interesting and tricky holes thru great countryside.Very well maintained this was a joy to play.

First time visit and will not be the last.Great condition, interesting with tricky greens.Thought required all the way round.Some real risk and reward holes shoud suit all levels of hcp.Beware the fast greens.

Tricky and well laid out course.Quite long but interesting short holes.Greens in great condition.Proper fairways and defined rough,Shot selection important.For the time of year course presented and played fantastic.Club house and non playing facilities of the highest standard.Well organised and well run.XMAS special at £16.25 to include food represented real value for money.
