Firstly the course
Tee Boxes :A1 condition
Fairways: A1 condition plenty of role.
Greens : 3 out 5 patchy but getting better
Bunkers 2 out of 5 need work.
the starter allowed a society of about 30 guys , all 4 balls with Buggies to tee off of the whites and it was horrendously slow.
All in All I do not feel they should have been allowed to Tee from the whites maybe I'm wrong dunno.
The guys at the Brentwood are very welcoming, All bunkers are GUR AND Greens are in poor condition. That being said there are some very challenging holes and once up to scratch this course will be a great adventure
What a old English quaint golfcourse, very firm fairways and good run off areas, if your not careful the course can grab you and spit you out. Greens are very responsive and true, have to think and play this course. Very enjoyable course can't wait for a re-visit....
I found risebridge good value for money, the bunkers need some attention but they' are getting there. The fairways are very true and lush, alongside good quality courses all and all an excellent course with fair and friendly fairways
Found this course to be very rewarding, not particularly long but fair. Greens were in great condition just watch out for falling chestnuts.. Bunkers in good condition and tees very well looked after.
The course itself lends itself to long hitters but you need to be straight and accurate, there are a lot of testing holes and par 5s but the course itself is very well set out and easy to find your way around. Looking forward to playing there again.
The facilities when you first arrive are very friendly, you are made very welcome. The course is a thinking course and needs long drives and but its very fair, I found it very well marked out and very good condition, Greens could have been softer to hold the ball or was I coming in to LOW..
