Good condition

An attractive course in good condition. We played it on 25th July. Unfortunately heavy rain did not present it in the best light. Disappointed no provision at all in club house for anything after the round. Everything was closed.

Very enjoyable round at Chartham Park

There are some good challenging holes, starting with the first having a lake in front of the green. The greens were in good condition as were the fairways. No two holes the same.Well worth a visit.

Well worth playing here.

A lovely situation close to London. The clubhouse is a very grand building. The course is on rather limited space. The outcome of this is a lot of Par 3's, and also in a few places holes do cross over each other. The whole course is really well maintained, tee boxes, fairways and greens all first class.

Much improved since last visit

18 months ago this was more of a building site. Now a lot of work has been well completed. In many places there are freshly banked sides to the fairways and most holes have new tee boxes. There is still a way to go to tidy up many areas around tees and greens and some of the paths. Given another few months I feel this will be completed and the course will be looking a lot neater. Looking forward to my next visit around July.

Well worth a visit

An attractive course close to the M25. Motorway traffic can be heard on some holes on front 9 but back 9 is away from all noise. There is an attractive large lake not far from clubhouse but only comes into play on one par 5 hole. A good mix of varied holes to challenge all standards of player. Friendly staff in the clubhouse.

Difficult for1st timers

After the 1st hole you have to rely on marker posts from the tees. We went round twice on the day, second round was a bit easier when you had an idea of the layout, but the first round was very much hit and hope with a lot of blind shots and many hidden traps. Great views of the Cornish coastline. Friendly clubhouse.

A little disappointing

The Addington is not really giving the quality that their well above average prices would suggest. The fairways had many unrepaired divots. The greens were far from being true. Having said that there are many excellent holes here, some very challenging Par 4 holes, not to mention 6 very different and challenging Par 3 holes. My concern is more with the lack of general upkeep all around the course. Breakfast was OK but did not include the cost of a cup of tea.

Superb course very close to central London

Sundridge Park has two fantastic 18 hole courses (East & West) just a few miles from central London. The West course has recently had a series of new paths put in which in time should be suitable for buggies. Both courses are maintained to the highest standards. The clubhouse has a magnificent patio with views across to London.

Long and Difficult

I found the course really hard to score well. A lot of very long par 4 holes which with the very wet conditions made reaching the green difficult.
A flat course, muddy underfoot with a lot of leaves along fairways.
A very enjoyable day but probably better suited to lower handicap golfers.

Overnight stay

£119 each for 4 of us was excellent value for 18 holes on Woosnam course, followed by evening meal (excellent) overnight accommodation, breakfast (excellent) and a 2nd round on the challenging Woosnam course. Thoroughly recommend for a golfing break. There is a 2nd 18 hole course on site, we didn't play it but heard good reports.

Many holes on slopes, hills.

A challenging course. Fairways not easy to hit with many sloping steeply across. Greens in v good condition. Clubhouse quite 'tired' and spike bar not very comfortable

Good, but could be a lot better.

A challenging course with a number of raised greens resulting in many holes playing long, especially on a wet morning. Not much run on fairways and the greens were disappointing, lacking in care. However, there are some stunning holes and tremendous views. Played it in a society on a Sunday for £25, but can get cheaper price midweek.

Good value for money

At £12 for a round this is good value. A flat course with many straight holes, sympathetic to wayward tee shots, as ball will be on adjoining fairways. A few interesting holes 6th, 15th and 17th probably the best pick. Excellent showering facilities with a modern bar.

Well worth a visit

Play any combination of 3 excellent 9 hole courses. Only complaint is that the rough is very long at this time of year.

An attractive course with a number of interesting holes.

Good value for money. As a 4 ball we paid £20 each teeing off in the afternoon. Bunkers were quite poor, many flooded, but the course in general was in good shape. Greens were no more than OK. I would certainly go back to play this attractive course again.
