Got county card rate of £25 but they do twilight rates for later tees, the course is short but well maintained with greens recovering from work but still played well/fast. friendly staff with great practice area, pro shop and club house. The down side is its going the same way as blue mountain which is a real shame.

Well worth a visit

From start to finish very well looked after. New apartments very well furnished and free upgrade on arrival. Food/breakfast very good with very friendly staff.

The course has had a lot of work done and loads of bunkers added. Even a new green to lengthen one of the holes.

Well what a day, good food and a very nice dry course. Excellent pro shop staff that when I lost my mobile phone drove me back out on to the course and helped me look for it.

Great staff in pro shop and club house backed up with good food (breakfast starts late but we found a great café). Course was dry and well kept with all the resent rain. Great views of London cant wait to return.

Club house and practice area looked good but I didn't visit due to time. However pro shop staff very friendly and helpful. Course for a 9 hole is great and a proper links. dry as a bone after 2 days heavy rain and in great shape. Cant wait to play again.

Great club house and practice area, I liked the layout but with all the dog walkers and public traffic on course. Might as well be playing in your local park. Greens were very good but rest of the course almost un-kept and at £35 on the twilight rate might look at other local courses rather then return.

probably the best course I've ever played with all the bad weather very dry, a few small areas of standing water. We had rain and hail but the greens were still like glass. Links course very good natural drainage great views. 18 great holes well worth the drive.

The club house was being painted.. The course was well set out and dry after all the rain.. Great practice area.. The greens killed it for me they were in very bad shape.. Even at £12.50 a head i dont think i'll hurry back..

Club society christmas match

The course played very well considering the weather over the last week, and playing the white tee positions made for a great challenge. The christmas dinner and pudding was great. And at £90 a fourball the coffee and bacon roll to start, plus coffee and mince pie after dinner along with the prizes "none of which we won"(must try harder).

What can I say? Thank you Julie Bond for a very well organised golf day.

New layout

The new layout of this course is interesting and a massive improvement. Sadly the course course is in very bad shape. Some really nice holes have weeds and animal mess all over them. It is so over grown that a straight tee shot ends in a lost ball. The greens that for some reason the pro shop seem proud of, look like they have been burnt out through lack of watering... at £10 for 9 holes or £15 for 18 I still felt that I had been robbed.
